2. Data we process
We process contact, order, delivery, payment and communication data that you provide when shopping, making an enquiry, signing up for the newsletter or using the chat. When you visit the store, technical usage data such as your IP address, browser, device and interaction data is also generated.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to process orders and payments, deliver products, answer enquiries, operate the store securely and – where the required consent has been given – provide newsletters, analytics and marketing.
4. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes data when you visit the store or place an order. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify may use data from interactions with ZÜRI SENF, other Shopify merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced features such as analytics, personalisation and advertising services. Your consent and opt-out choices are respected through Shopify’s customer privacy settings.

5. HubSpot
HubSpot is integrated into the store for chat, analytics and marketing functions. If you use the chat, the information you enter and the conversation history are processed. The HubSpot pixel can process technical usage and interaction data. Under the configuration stored in Shopify, analytics and marketing data is collected only when the relevant permission has been granted.

6. Payments, shipping and other service providers
To process orders, we share the necessary data with Shopify, the payment provider selected at checkout and Swiss Post. Data is shared only to the extent required for payment, delivery, support, security or compliance with legal obligations.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as required for the stated purposes, processing the contract or complying with statutory retention obligations. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data.
8. Processing outside Switzerland
Shopify, HubSpot or their service providers may process data outside Switzerland. The contractual or statutory safeguards required under applicable data protection law are used.
9. Your rights
