1. Scope and seller
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the ZÜRI SENF online store. The contracting party is Der Alpenraum Artisans GmbH, c/o Christian Henker, Zeunerstrasse 11, 8037 Zurich, Switzerland, company ID CHE-251.914.874.
2. Offer and formation of the contract
The presentation of products in the online store is an invitation to place an order. By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding order. We will confirm receipt of your order electronically without delay. The purchase contract is concluded when we expressly confirm the order or dispatch it.
If an ordered item is unavailable, we will inform you and refund any payment already made for that item.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed. The payment methods displayed at checkout are available. Payment is due when the order is completed.
4. Products
ZÜRI SENF is made by hand. Minor natural variations in colour, consistency or appearance may occur and do not constitute a defect provided that quality, taste and usability are not affected. Please observe the information on the product packaging.
5. Delivery and pickup
We currently deliver within Switzerland. Shipping with Swiss Post costs CHF 8.90 for orders up to CHF 59.99. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 60.00 or more. Deliveries abroad are only available by prior arrangement.
Free pickup or handover at a market stall is available. After your order, we will contact you to arrange the place and time. Further details are available in our Shipping Policy.
6. Inspection and complaints
Please check the delivery when it arrives. Damaged, defective, missing or incorrectly delivered items should be reported to us as soon as possible at senf@zuerisenf.ch. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
7. Returns and cancellations
There is no voluntary right of return or exchange for food products that have been delivered correctly and in perfect condition. Details about complaints, returns and cancellations are available in our Return Policy.
8. Liability
ZÜRI SENF’s liability is governed by mandatory statutory provisions. Mandatory claims, in particular for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, remain unaffected.
9. Data protection
Information about how we process personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
Content from the online store, including text, images, videos, logos and design elements, may not be used or reproduced beyond what is permitted by law without prior consent.
11. Changes
The version of these Terms and Conditions available in the online store at the time of the order applies. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already concluded.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory statutory jurisdictions and consumer protection provisions remain reserved.
