ZÜRI SENF MILD

Our first mustard – a Zurich classic for every day. Zurich mustard seeds and Swiss apple cider vinegar are gently ground in our 1.2-tonne granite stone mill to make a clean-tasting, medium-hot mustard.

It works in salad dressings and vinaigrettes, with meat and with many plant-based dishes. Suitable for a vegan diet.

All ingredients come from Switzerland – usually from within 60 kilometres of the city of Zurich.

Refill: The stoneware pot stays. Simply refill it yourself with the 250 g squeeze pouch.
